These terms govern access to and use of Conseloria. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you accept these conditions.
1. Definitions
- "Conseloria" is the AI-enabled legal productivity platform operated by us.
- "We" or the "Provider" refers to the entity identified in billing information and official communications.
- "User" means any person who creates an account or is invited by a firm or organization.
- "User Content" includes documents, case files, messages, metadata and any information uploaded or generated within the Service.
- "Applicable legal documentation" comprises these Terms and the current Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be of legal age and have the capacity to contract in your jurisdiction.
- The Service is aimed at legal professionals; you are responsible for complying with ethics and data protection rules.
- You must provide accurate information when registering and safeguard your credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
3. Plans and subscriptions
- We offer plans (e.g., Free, Pro, Ultra) with the quotas and features described on the pricing page.
- Paid subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically unless canceled.
- We may adjust prices, limits or features with reasonable prior notice.
4. Billing and payments
- Subscriptions are billed in advance through the enabled payment methods.
- Plan upgrades may result in prorated charges or credits.
- Applicable taxes will be added according to the customer’s jurisdiction.
- If a payment fails we may suspend access until the balance is settled.
5. Refunds and cancellations
- We do not issue partial refunds for billing periods already in progress unless required by law.
- We may grant proportional credits or refunds in exceptional cases.
- Statutory, non-waivable rights remain fully in force.
6. Acceptable use
- The Service may not be used for unlawful activities or to infringe third-party rights.
- You must not attempt to breach security or reverse engineer the platform.
- We may limit accounts that systematically exceed plan limits or create security risks.
- You are responsible for having the legal basis to process third-party personal data.
7. Intellectual property
- The platform, software and AI models belong to us or our licensors.
- Users retain ownership over their Content and grant us a limited license to operate the Service.
- AI-generated texts must be reviewed before external use.
8. Confidentiality and sensitive data
- We apply security controls aligned with legal industry standards.
- Only authorized staff and providers access data under confidentiality commitments.
- We may use aggregated or anonymized data to improve the Service.
- The Privacy Policy provides full details on personal data processing.
9. Limitation of liability
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
- AI answers are suggestions that always require professional review.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 12 months.
- We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits unless mandated by law.
10. Termination
- We may suspend or cancel accounts for breaches or security risks.
- We may discontinue features with reasonable notice.
- You may close the account at any time and must download your content before deletion.
11. Changes to the terms
- We may update these Terms when the Service or legal requirements change.
- Active customers will be notified with reasonable notice unless urgent security issues arise.
- Continued use implies acceptance of the new version.

13. Disclaimers
- Assistant outputs may contain errors or partial interpretations.
- We do not provide legal services to the public; you remain responsible to your clients.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction
- The Service is governed by the applicable law, including Spain or Argentina when relevant.
- Disputes will be submitted to the courts of the Provider’s domicile unless mandatory fora apply.
15. Relationship with other documents
- The Privacy Policy and notices form part of the agreement.
- If these Terms conflict with a specific written agreement, that agreement prevails unless prohibited by law.
